Divergent Review

Divergent by Veronica Roth

Summery
Tris is nothing special, at least not at first. She has average looks, feels like nothing she does is right in her current faction, and is scared beyond belief. The book starts the day of the aptitude test, when Beatrice is sitting in front of the mirror for the first time in a year. That day is the day that Beatrice will take a test that will decide her future. When her results come in she is no longer average. She finds out that she is Divergent. Now Beatrice, called Tris when she chooses her new faction, must find her way through the initiation without letting anyone find out what she is.

My Thoughts
Okay, I would just like to say this was just as good, if not better than the Hunger Games. Everything about this book was absolutely perfect.

I liked how this book picked up as soon as you read the first line. I was addicted to the book by the end of the first page.

The one thing about this book that kind of confused me was that Veronica never really explained why it was so dangerous to be divergent, at least not until the end of the book and that bugged me. I don't know why, but maybe it is just my personality.

Overall I give this book a 4.5 out of 5. (Awesome, right?) I really do recommend this book to lovers of the Hunger Games.

Hope to have you reading again soon,
